A specialised sealing material is applied to the inner surface of the tyre to create a protective layer, designed to help reduce air loss when an eligible tread-area puncture occurs. Application is carried out in our workshop under a controlled six-step process.
During cornering, the suspension mounting points move independently because the body between them flexes. A stable bar links those points directly, so the chassis twists less and the tyre holds its grip. TYPE ONE’s multi-point design spreads that load evenly across the chassis rather than concentrating it at two ends.
